Alright. I decided to watch this war unfold over YouTube. I know that I'm months too late for this war since it happened back in October. ericDouglace completely quit YouTube after the video "YouTube Finale". He went to war on several users, including LifeInATent and OutbackZack. I honestly wouldn't have known about any of these users if I hadn't been searching for the one video I was looking for to show to my friend.
It turns out LIAT was, in the end, responsible for getting Eric into trouble with the police. So, LIAT, congratulations on that achievement. I'm glad that he had ended it like that. Eric is troubled. He needs help. When I saw Eric's final video, I felt really bad for the kid. He's disturbed and needs A LOT of help. You can't help but feel very sorry for this kid when viewing his final video. He states that he just wanted to be famous; that he basically wanted to become an actor. Clearly, he went completely the wrong way about it. He knows now that he's completely fucked up his life.
It's sad that this kid never thought through what he was doing. Threatening people and exposing their details to everyone for hating Justin Bieber...it's not the right way to go about acquiring fame. I really feel sorry for the kid because of all this. He fucked up his life for good. It's never going to be the same again. Yes. You're famous now, but it's for ALL the wrong reasons. Nothing is ever going to be the same because of the poor decision you made.
Just before watching the YouTube Finale video, I saw MrRepzion's channel replying to one of Eric's videos talking about his thoughts on violent video games (Eric's thoughts, that is). That reply can be found here (Yes...it contains clips of Eric's video). Shockingly, the kid is talking about how threats are bad in it. It's amazing. This coming from the kid who was threatening EVERY Justin Bieber hater on Earth. He says he used to play violent video games, but doesn't anymore. If the people playing them AREN'T threatening people, and he is...maybe he should start playing them again. They may help him relax.
Anyway, I really hope this disturbed kid is getting some help now. When I saw him crying and pouring his heart out in his final video saying he just wanted to be famous, and that he's fucked his life up because of the stupid decision he'd made by threatening people, I really felt bad for the kid. You should've listened to your friends and your mother, kid. You should've removed the videos. I can only hope that you get the help that you need and that somehow life gets better for you. Sadly, I think anyone who has viewed these videos will know that it'll take a few years for it to disappear. Then again, thinking about it, after threatening 4chan...hoo boy.
