Eventful

I would say that today was one of the most eventful days that I’ve had in a while. Although, it was calm most of the day to be honest.

It all started at about 6:30. I awoke and immediately sorted out the order forms and Betterware catalogs, then proceeded outdoors to deliver them. The weather at the time was amazingly calm and dry, compared to the last 2-3 days when it’s been pouring with rain, with majorly strong winds. I had one person telling me they didn’t want a catalog as I was walking back up his pathway. Just told him “Ok then.”, while thinking to myself “Too bad, I already put one through your mailbox and can’t get it back.”. He clearly wasn’t moving to get the catalog and hand it back, so it really is too bad. Nothing I can do about it without breaking the door down or something. Haha.

Most of the day was rather quiet after that until about 17:00 when I went out to deliver the items I needed to deliver being Tuesday. I didn’t even realise I had as many orders as I had. Was a heavy load to carry around with me. I did ask for help, but as usual, no-one in my family was willing to help me carry the stuff around. So, I had to struggle with this heavy load of items. Luckily, I got rid of most of it, so I didn’t have to carry it down several roads.

I had one old lady ask me for help with assembling the lamp she’d purchased from me. Obviously, I said I would since I’m nice like that and wouldn’t leave someone with problems to assemble something like that. She’s kinda shaky, and the lamp’s shade had glass panels which needed screwing on. I got paid for helping her out, so that was nice too. A little extra money is always good. And no, I didn’t ASK her to pay me for doing it. She gave me the money. I wouldn’t have said anything if she didn’t give me the cash. I’m not greedy. I could use extra money though due to the fact I don’t have a job, and any cash I can get my hands on is useful to me.

Talked to the old lady a bit while I was assembling the lamp. She was telling me about where she’d lived in the past, and about shows she watched on TV. I didn’t really say too much myself because I didn’t really know what to say, and my life isn’t really that interesting as I’m sure a few readers have noticed. I still have a couple of items I need to deliver though. No heavy items though, which is good.

Sadly, it’s pouring with rain again now. Will the wind pick up too? If it does, I really hope I don’t need to do the papers in the morning. I think I would rather just sleep for as long as possible.

Horrifying

I ended up being awoken at about 6:11 this morning to help deliver some papers. I was surprised by what I read on a couple of the papers front pages. This is what I saw. This was taken was the Daily Mail.

Several weeks wait

It looks like I have a several week wait before I can play any of my DS games again. I asked my brother if he could get me a new one since he has plenty of money, but that turned out to be a huge "No!". Basically got told to save my money and buy one myself. That will take me several weeks though since I don't get much cash at all doing what I do. I badly need a job. It would be so much easier to get myself things if I had a job.

I've searched my bedroom several times now for my DS, and had no luck. It doesn't appear to be anywhere. Knowing my luck though, it'll turn up as soon as I buy a new one. It'll be several weeks later, I get a new one, and my old one will show up. I'm really disappointed that it won't just show up now. I still wonder if my youngest brother is the one who took my DS though. I'm really suspicious now since he came into my room at like 7am, probably expecting me to still be asleep, and I asked what he was doing, and just got told "I just want to sit here for a little while." Why? What reason does he have to sit in my room when my TV doesn't really work? Makes me wonder if he's trying to steal some of my DS games now, or maybe the charger for the DS.

Taken...

I knew this was going to happen.

I went out to collect Betterware catalogs, and Bryn came into my room saying he was just going to "lay down for a while." As I was walking around collecting the catalogs, I thought about what he may do when left alone in my room. I remembered that he wanted to play some game with his friend, Brandon, but needed a Nintendo DS to do it. This is when I thought he was probably lying and was going to take my DS and go to his friends. I get home, and what do I find? I find that Bryn has vanished, as well as my DS.

I'm going to fucking kill him as soon as he gets home. I hate people taking my stuff without my permission. That DS had a game of mine in it, and I'm scared that he's going to damage the DS, or lose the game that was in the console, or even both. The sad thing is, if he does, I can't get the money off of him for a new one, meaning all my DS games will be useless for a while, including the new one I ordered today, Chrono Trigger. *sighs*

How Can I Not Love You?

I'm feeling a little depressed now because of an old video I found. The words have so much more truth to them now then they did back when I first saved the video. The characters, Chrno and Rosette, make it so much more depressing because there are similarities between them and between myself and Sharlet. She has a girlfriend now, Kerri, who hates me. This is why the words have so much more truth now than in the past, at least for me. If you'd like to see the video and song, check out Chrno Crusade-How Can I Not Love You?.

It's not the only song that reminded me of her. Another was Everytime We Touch by Cascada. Although, that one made me smile.

People I hate...

This isn't really going to be about alot of people. It's actually just about one person currently. This guy named Harley who can usually be found in 20's Love:2, although he can be found in 20's Love:3 at times. Usually whenever I see him, I immediately jump over to another room, which makes some of my new Yahoo! friends laugh when they see me hoping in and out of rooms just because he enters.

So, why do I hate this guy? It's because of his attitude. He is one of those people who think that they are better than everyone else and that everyone should be like them. I've seen him say in the room before something like "We should have a competition. The prize can be "Be like Harley for a day."". He's totally hung up on himself like he's the greatest person ever. I have no tolerance for people like this. Sure, I know I could just put him on ignore and never have to deal with him, but since alot of people appear to like him, it wouldn't do much good and I'm sure they'd consider me rude if I ignored him and then he tried to talk to me. So, it's better just to leave.

A couple of my friends will follow me to other rooms, but alot of them seem to stick around with Harley. I've been told before that it's just an act and they don't really like him, but if that were true, why would they follow him from one room to another. They can be in 20's Love:3, and Harley will enter. He'll then move back to 20's Love:2, and alot of my friends will follow him. So, I can't believe it's just an act. An act would just be talking to him, and praying he leaves, then remaining in the room when he does leave. So, I can tell the ones who really do hate him. They'll stick with me, or remain in a room when Harley leaves to another. They're the ones who are an act and who I can believe are an act.

Northern Lights

Sadly, I never got to see them. Mom boyfriend, Sean, was telling me about them, and was saying that he was told by several people that they would be visible from the UK at about 3:20. I got over to the Wooldown to get away from all the lights since that was one recommended place to view them from. However, there was nothing. It was a huge no show. At about 4:00, I left and went back home. I would've stayed out there longer, but I got really freaked out.

Why?

I was stood alone in that field for about 30 minutes, and then I noticed this figure standing just a few feet away from me. It never moved. It just appeared to be looking at me. I left to another back of the field. About 10 minutes after that, I heard growling and snarling, and a rustle from the bushes. I immediately left the field, totally freaked out.

I'm sure some people are going to tell me that it's only visible from Alaska, and certain places in the USA, and not in the UK. But, when I got home, I looked it up on the net. A UK newspapers site (The Mail) had pictures and info posted about it being visible in the UK, but no reports of it in the UK...yet. So, it wasn't just a rumor from some random pub customers. Not sure if anyone in the UK managed to see it though. I know I didn't get to see it, which is sad because I was really looking forward to seeing it.

If anyone reading this from the UK saw them, could you please comment, especially if you have pictures of it that I can see.

Looe Carnival 2010

The Carnival was a major disappointment for floats this year. There were only two real floats there, and none worth taking pictures of. If this continues, then soon, the only float that will be there will be Sheila's School of Dancing. How will 2011's Carnival turn out? Well, I'm hoping better than this year. If it isn't, then 2012 is going to be a year where I won't go and check it out. Mom and all thought it was completely pointless to have walked down this year because of how empty it was, and I don't blame them for thinking like that. It really was pointless.
