Breaking news!

Today must have been a real slow day for news because on the front of one newspaper I looked at today, there's a headline about porn being found at Osama Bin Laden's hideout. I thought to myself "Seriously? Is the news of porn at someone's place really such HUGE news that it requires reporting on the front page?". It's not THAT worthy of the front page because...geez...everyone has watched or looked at porn at some time in their life. It's not such a huge shock that Osama would've looked at it too. But, I guess to someone, that kind of thing is so surprising and WOW!

There was a more interesting story on the front of another paper. Some guy cut off some british woman's head while she was shopping in Tenerife, and ran off holding the head by the hair. What the fuck? What the fuck is wrong with some people? What would possess someone to do some shit like that? I didn't read anymore into the story, but that's definitely the kind of thing I usually expect to see on the front page, something extremely shocking or surprising. Thinking about it, I think I'll look up the story and see what the hell it was all about.
