OMG! It's tiny!

At about 13:15, I left the house with Mom to go to the hospital and visit my sister and nephew (it feels weird saying that). I did take a camera along with me, unfortunately, when I was about to take a picture, the light in the incubator was turned off. There's no flash or anything on my camera, so the picture would have been rather dark if I'd taken one at that time. Maybe if I go and visit again I can get a picture of him before they turn the light thing off again.

Although I knew the kid would be small due to him being 2 months early, I wasn't expecting him to be AS small as he is. He was TINY!

After seeing him for a little while, I was stuck there until Mom was ready to leave. We didn't leave until about 16:00.

On the way up to the hospital, I'd asked Mom if Freedom Fields Hospital was still around. I was completely sure it was closed down YEARS ago, and I was right. Why did I ask? Well, when I contacted Dad a couple of days ago, he'd asked me if the kid was born in Freedom Fields. It wasn't until after the call that I thought to myself "Wait a moment, that hospital is closed down, isn't it?".

I don't have to call him back now because Mom told me that he'd called the house to ask about what was happening. I was actually going to call him back and tell him that my sister is more than likely going to be at the hospital for longer than a week, so it may be better if he called before coming down so he could find out whether she was home yet or still in the hospital. It would be a little stupid for him to drive all the way down here, only to have to turn around and drive another 30 minutes to see my sister and her kid. But who knows; maybe he wants to come all the way down here first before going to the hospital, or go to the hospital first, then come down to visit my brother and I. I've no idea what his plans her for when he comes down.

Not surprisingly, my sister is completely bored in the hospital and is wanting to come home. But then, who isn't? I don't really know anyone who doesn't get bored when they're stuck in the hospital and are badly wanting to leave and go home. I have been a few times. There's not a whole lot to really do. Anything like that is boring. If you don't have a lot of friends with you to have fun with, or electronics like games consoles, the Internet and all, you're going to end up being extremely bored and wanting to be anywhere other than where you're stuck.

Yesterday, when I was looking around on the Smosh Pit, I came across a guy who played Nyan Cat in a metal-like way. I decided to check him out on YouTube and see what other songs he'd done. I'm surprised at how many songs he's turned metal, and they're all amazing. His username on YouTube is 331Erock. If you're interested, check him out.

Anyway, here are some of my favorite songs by him.

Nyan Cat Meets Metal - This was my introduction to the guy, thanks to the Smosh Pit.
Harry Potter Meets Metal.
Zelda Meets Metal.
Pokemon Meets Metal - Who knew the Pokemon theme could actually be this epic? This reminds me, I really need to post up a link to an amazing artist from deviantART who draws amazing alternate versions of various cartoon characters, mostly Pokemon.
Never Gonna Give You Up by Rick Astley Meets Metal - Get Rick Rolled...epicly!
Pirates of the Caribbean by Hans Zimmer meets Metal.

Hopefully people will enjoy the metal versions of these songs as much as I did. There are a lot more amazing metal versions of songs on his page, but these were my favorites.

As for the artist on deviantART, here is a link to his page. SoupAndButter. Enjoy!

Because of this guy's art, The Smurfs are now officially fucking creepy!
