"...chicken pushed me."

Today was one of the most entertaining days I've had in a while. The reason? Two girls. One is Richard's niece, who was a great laugh, and the other is her friend. They're staying with Richard for six weeks. I wish I charged up the battery on my camcorder to record some of the things they were saying and doing. That's something I'm going to have to do next week.

After being told about PaperSailship's channel, a friend suggested that I should make my own channel. I told her I already had one, but nothing was on it except two videos of Lucy Lawless with a squirrel. She then said that I should make some videos of my own. After a little while of talking about it, I said that I'd have to charge up my camcorder and show the woodlands where we're currently setting up the project. She liked that idea. It's a shame I didn't do it today because I'm sure people would have gotten a great laugh from Richard's niece and her friend.

One of the funniest moments with the girls was when Richard's niece fell down one of the muddy banks after the two had climbed up to the top of the woodlands. However, Richard, Erik and I weren't at the woodlands when this occurred. We were just told about it by the girls. Apparently, the chickens had followed the girls up, and they tried to coax the chickens back down again when she slipped. Richard's niece was then constantly claiming that the chicken had pushed her and that it was laughing at her. Half of the stuff she was claiming happened was pretty damn funny, and I just wish I'd had video evidence of it all.

I seriously hope that a lot of funny moments with the girls happen over the next few weeks because it would be great fun to record a lot of it and upload it to YouTube. I'm not sure if either of the girls will be too happy with me recording some of these humorous moments if/when they happen.

What I'm wondering now is, what will those girls be thinking after the six weeks are over? Will they be glad to be away from it all, or will they miss all of the fun moments?

If every day out there were as humorous as today with the girls, it would be horrible when they have to leave for home. No more hilarious claims of chickens conspiring to hurt her and all of that kind of stuff.
