I am so not looking forward to this now. I attended it after having to take a LONG detour because of some traffic accident that had happened on the way there. Luckily, we were there way before the appointment. I had no idea that the interview would be as hard as it was. I'm sure I've messed up on a bunch of questions. I just pray that the few I messed up on for sure aren't going to affect it.
Some questions I messed up on for sure was Dad's birthplace (I have no clue. Not even Mom knew.), Tim's age (I said 50s...hopefully I wasn't off by too much.), Dad's current address (he's moved so much, I don't know what his address is for sure anymore.)...and when Mom and Dad's wedding was (How should I know?).
I know everything else was ok...but will those few things affect whether I get the passport or not? I've been told it should arrive in 4-10 days, and that if it doesn't I should call their advice line. Hopefully, it will turn up. I really don't wanna hear that I've failed the interview because that would mean I'd need another £80 to apply for it again. Then I'll have to ask Tim for his age. Ask Mom when the wedding was. Ask Dad for his address...and somehow try to remember it. Also, I'd have to ask for his birthplace.
If anyone is in the UK and reads this, will you please let me know if that affects whether I get it or not? On Thursday, I'm going to ask for another passport application from the Post Office in Liskeard, just in case I have failed it and need to do it all again.
Please God...let me have passed. If I haven't, I have to do all this shit again. Another 6 weeks of waiting for the interview etc. It's really going to affect when I can get to the US if it happens. I wanna get to the US as soon as possible really.
